With the awards, the specialist for liquid analysis within the Endress+Hauser Group demonstrated exemplary personnel activities that place people and the corporate culture center stage. “The awards give our team recognition for their work and help us to project an image as an attractive employer both internally and externally,” says Stephan-Christian Köhler, Director Human Resources and Company Communication at Endress+Hauser Conducta.
Apart from being the overall winner in the BestPersAward, Endress+Hauser Conducta also came out on top in the HR digital, HR controlling and personnel development categories. In the biennial competition, the University of Siegen recognizes exemplary human resources activities, using strict standards and scientific evaluation methods to select the winners in accordance with their professionalism and vision.
Endress+Hauser Conducta furthermore placed second in the 500+ employee category as a recipient of the Top Job seal, which was awarded by former German Minister for Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement in Berlin. The company was recognized for its flat hierarchies, interdisciplinary cooperation, innovative project platforms and modern web-based tools. The Top Job award is built around a scientific-based employee survey carried out each year by the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
