In the biennial competition, the University of Siegen recognizes exemplary human resources activities, using strict standards and scientific evaluation methods to select the winners in accordance with their professionalism and vision.

Endress+Hauser Conducta furthermore placed second in the 500+ employee category as a recipient of the Top Job seal, which was awarded by former German Minister for Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement in Berlin. The Top Job award is built around a scientific-based employee survey carried out each year by the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
